XR- So Ricky what is going on, it is my understanding that you are being fined for challenging the dod policies on homosexuals serving in the military?

Ricky Sinz- I got a letter in the mail from the department of defense claiming i owe them over 17k when i called them they said it was for charges that were brought against me for challenging the dont ask dont tell policy publicly while supposedly still being an active member of the Armed Forces, which is total bullshit, i started porn and challenging their policies after i got out, and i find it very funny that i recieved this letter right after the new december issue of unzipped came out with their gays in the military article featuring pictures of myself.

XR- Do you think this is retaliation for you challenging them publicly?

Ricky Sinz- hell yeah its retaliation, since im no longer under obligation this is a last ditch effort for them to get even, which is pitiful to say the least, but in reality i speak the truth about how the military is fucked up when it comes to certain policies the military is the most discriminiatory organization around, they can discriminate against, age, height, weight, disability, sex, sexual preferance, who the fuck are they trying to kid here, they cry equal opportunity, and army values, and turn around and stab their on in the back, look at all the disabled soldiers fighting for benefits and disability and how much red tape they have to go through while their families are starving and they cant pay their bills, its fuckin disgusting to say the least, and the way homosexuals are treated there have been incidents where soldiers were beaten to death in the barracks because of their sexual preferance,
i find it disturbing that with recruitment being so low, a mass exodus is happening when soldiers return home from duty and they want to nit pick whos gay and whos straight, and lets also not forget about the recent incident at fort bragg where soldiers were imprisoned for doing gay porn, land of the free my ass, its funny that the people who fight for everyones rights have none, and our rainbow brothers and sisters in uniform cant be themselves and pursue a partner that makes them happy because thell be thrown in jail or worse. im sorry but its BULLSHIT!!!!!

XR- you seem to have some very strong opinions on this and it looks like they are trying to make an example of you.

Ricky Sinz- i have very strong feelings when it comes to this, and yes they are trying to make an example out of me, and i hate to tell them they picked the wrong mother fucker to mess with, you see most people in my situation would be scared and roll over, however i know the government fears bad press and publicity especially on a touchy sublect like this which they should be scared, because in all reality their wrong and they know it, if you know ricky sinz you know im not afraid of them, they can fine me harass me, say what they want, but here is my stand if you take a shot at me ill fire right back and ill fire back harder, i have nothing to loose, i have time, money, media, and political allies on my side in addition its election season and there are alot of politicians looking to make examples out of discriminatory cases such as this, plus when i left the military i left because of injuries, politics and out of control abusive officers it would be a damn shame if some videos that i possess made their way to cnn and other news networks, alot of heads would roll and they would roll fuckin hard. in addition i will not pay any of these fines, if you want your money come and get it but ill be walking awayy with a pound of your flesh, and ill drag your image through the mud, my laywers are the best in the business and they dont cost me a penny. so bring it on.

XR- Well you seem to have your course of action in order, so what is next for you?

Ricky Sinz- i am going to continue doing what im doing, making porn, dancing at clubs, touring, and speaking out against these ignorant policies until it gets through enogh heads that this type of discrimination is unacceptable, if enough people raise enough hell then eventually things will change this is 2007 and 2008 is coming right around the corner and this type of discrimination is played out and tired, its time to accept reality for what it is, were all equal and were all human beings either we play nice together or we dont play at all, if all the gbl service members were to walk off i wonder how chaotic the military would be and how badly that wold affect day to day operations, ill tell you it would really impact combat readiness, there are alot of us in the ranks, ranging from privates to generals.

XR- im glad to see someone is speaking up for the voices that cant be heard. and i know you have alot of support, what do you see the outcome of this being?

Ricky Sinz- i cant predict the future but i know this is gonna get vicious, it reminds me of larry flints trials and struggles, he went through a nasty censorship trial where they tried to railroad him, but look at him now laughing his ass off in a golden wheelchair, if he can beat it i can beat it.
